年2月9日，中华人民共和国以视频方式主持召开中国－中东欧国家（下称“与会各方”）领导人峰会。中华人民共和国主席习近平，波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那主席团轮值主席米洛拉德·多迪克，捷克共和国总统米洛什·泽曼，黑山总统米洛·久卡诺维奇，波兰共和国总统安杰伊·杜达，塞尔维亚共和国总统阿莱克桑达尔·武契奇，阿尔巴尼亚共和国总理埃迪·拉马，保加利亚共和国总理博伊科·鲍里索夫代表、副总理玛利亚娜·尼科洛娃，克罗地亚共和国总理安德烈·普连科维奇，希腊共和国总理基里亚科斯·米佐塔基斯，匈牙利总理欧尔班·维克多，北马其顿共和国总理佐兰·扎埃夫，斯洛伐克共和国总理伊戈尔·马托维奇，斯洛文尼亚共和国副总理兼经济发展和技术部长兹德拉夫科·波契瓦尔舍克，爱沙尼亚共和国外交部长伊娃－玛利亚·利梅茨，拉脱维亚共和国外交部长埃德加斯·林克维奇斯，立陶宛共和国交通与通讯部长马留斯·斯库奥迪斯和罗马尼亚经济、创业和旅游部长克劳迪乌·讷苏伊出席峰会。奥地利共和国、白俄罗斯共和国、欧洲联盟、瑞士联邦、欧洲复兴开发银行作为观察员派代表与会。

为推动中国－中东欧国家合作可持续、稳步发展，与会各方共同制定《年中国－中东欧国家合作北京活动计划》。

TopromotethesustainableandsteadydevelopmentofChina-CEECCooperation,theParticipantsjointlyformulateCooperationbetweenChinaandCentralandEasternEuropeanCountriesBeijingListofActivities.

一、规划与协调

1.Planningandcoordination

（一）与会各方在年将继续举办中国－中东欧国家合作国家协调员会议。

(1)TheParticipantswillcontinuetoholdtheChina-CEECNationalCoordinators’Meetingsin.

（二）与会各方支持中方中国－中东欧国家合作秘书处与中东欧国家驻华使馆继续举行工作会议。

(2)TheParticipantssupportcontinuingtoholdworkingmeetingsbetweentheChineseSecretariatforCooperationbetweenChinaandCentralandEasternEuropeanCountriesandCEECs’EmbassiesinBeijing.

（三）与会各方国家协调员愿就中国－中东欧国家合作扩员程序及其他相关事宜进行磋商。

(3)NationalCoordinatorsoftheParticipantsarewillingtoconductconsultationsonenlargementproceduresofChina-CEECCooperationandotherrelevantissues.

二、贸易与投资

2.Tradeandinvestment

（一）与会各方支持在中华人民共和国举办第五届中国－中东欧国家海关检验检疫合作对话会。

(1)TheParticipantssupportholdingthe5thChina-CEECCustomsInspectionandQuarantineCooperationDialogueinthePeople’sRepublicofChina.

（二）与会各方支持在中华人民共和国宁波举办第四届中国－中东欧国家经贸促进部长级会议。

(2)TheParticipantssupportholdingthe4thChina-CEECMinisterialConferenceonEconomicandTradePromotioninNingbo,thePeople’sRepublicofChina.

（三）与会各方支持在中华人民共和国宁波举办第二届中国－中东欧国家博览会，欢迎年举办第四届中国国际进口博览会。
